This gem maximized the space by using the full length of 16’ planks to reach to the edge of the house. It also included a large beautifully poured concrete pad underneath. It took about 8 days, and $25,500.

This beauty came in at only $36,800, including a permit fee, tile roofing, a soffit ceiling, 4 can lights, a ceiling fan, Timbertech decking, a custom concrete pad, Fortress railing and gutters.

This simple deck was designed to include a wide span between posts to avoid hindering the view. The old deck was hauled away, and his new deck was installed in about a week, just in time for the nice weather!
